Shipping Rates and Carriers Shipping rates quoted on our shopping cart are for the continental 48 states. We no longer ship offer international shipping. Shipping costs are shown when your order is placed through our shopping cart after all information is entered but before you "accept" the order and charges. The shopping cart applies single item shipping costs to each item ordered. Thus shipping costs on multiple items often appear higher in the shopping cart then the actual cost and a reduction in shipping costs are often applied by our administrative offices. Our shopping cart is unable to make these adjustments for multiple item shipments. For an accurate quote on multiple item shipping costs please contact our offices. Products are normally shipped within two business days of receipt of order. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. NOTE: In the rare case of a backorder, we will notify you immediately via email with the expected shipment date. We do not ship on weekends. Orders received on Friday afternoon and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We utilize Fed Ex and U.S. mail or priority mail for the shipment of your packages. The carrier chosen is based on weight and value of the item. We do not ship overnight packages but will ship Fed Ex two-day and three-day upon request. If you desire two or three business day delivery, you can note the request under “Special Shipping Instructions” in your shopping cart order. The price of the shipment will be adjusted to the cost of this service. In most cases, we can ship an order received before 11:00 a.m. Mountain time that same business day. Always call to verify that we can process your requested rush shipment. Damaged Products If any items are damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at 800-795-5153. Until notified by us, please keep all boxes (exterior packaging included) and items. Do not return the items to us. We will work with you and the carrier to process a claim, and we will ship replacement items to you. Defective Products If you find an item is defective in some way and it is less than 30 days since you received the item, contact us for instructions on returning it for a replacement. Most items over a month old need to be sent by you directly to the manufacturer under their warranty. However, we are happy to answer any questions about the workmanship of a product and how to contact manufacturers. ORDERS NOT RECEIVED Returns You must contact us at 800-795-5153 for instructions before returning a product. We accept returns for any defective product if returned in less than 30 days as long as all paperwork and original packaging is kept intact and the product is in like new condition. Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once you have verified the return to us via telephone, please send the items in the original packaging with all paperwork, instructions and warranty cards. Be sure to use adequate padding around the item to protect it and keep it in like new condition. We only accept products in like new condition. Incomplete Deliveries If deliveries cannot be made due to error on the part of the customer, or if additional charges are made by the carrier due customer error, such as address research charges for an incomplete address, these charges will be passed on to the customer. Any costs incurred to correct errors made by Just Bekuz Products will be paid for by Just Bekuz Products.
